How long does shipping take?

All our items ship directly from the US and arrive in 2-5 days. Due to shipping restrictions, some items, such as epoxy resin, may take longer.

Where are you located?

Eszhecw is based in California, but we have multiple warehouses across the US to ensure fast delivery of your items. We are absolutely confident in our products, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know. We understand and want to do our best to resolve the issue.

What if we don't like it? How do you handle returns?

It's simple. If you don't like it, let us know. We'll refund your money. Life is expensive, and when you spend your hard-earned money on crafting supplies, you want a satisfying experience. We understand and are happy to help. How did Eszhecw start?

Our owner, Eszhecw, founded Eszhecw with the help of her family. Eszhecw started out as a buyer for a department store, but she missed the opportunity to be creative in her own work. She had children and later opened an online jewelry store and launched a line of jewelry cleaning products. These businesses were later successfully transitioned to a larger company.

With two young daughters at home, crafting was an integral part of their lives. With some free time and a desire to try again, Eszhecw decided to create a high-end yet accessible art supply brand for artists of all levels. Eszhecw became her new passion. A proud member of ACMI, Eszhecw offers high-quality art supplies, not cheap toys.

As our community of artisans of all levels continues to grow, we will continue to spread the joy of crafting without taking ourselves too seriously!
